My background combines hands-on customer support, support leadership, CRM migration, AI optimization, process design, documentation, and digital systems consulting.
I have spent over 6 years working in customer experience, moving from frontline support into team leadership, support operations, AI optimization, automation, integrations, reporting, and consulting.
Because I have worked inside support teams, I understand the pressure agents face, the visibility leaders need, and the experience customers expect.
My work focuses on building systems that make support teams more effective without making the customer experience feel robotic.
